Anthony Annan hit a late equaliser as Ghana completed their successful World Cup qualifying campaign with a 2-2 home draw against Mali. The Black Stars had already made sure of their place in South Africa next summer before Sunday's game with Mali chasing the runners-up spot in Group D.And it was the visitors who drew first blood, going ahead in the 24th minute through Lassana Fane.Matthew Amoah levelled matters 20 minutes into the second half only for substitute Tenema Ndiaye to restore Mali's advantage four minutes later. It looked as though that would be enough but Annan popped up with eight minutes to go to earn Ghana a share of the spoils.Mali finished in third place - one point adrift of Benin - but they will still play in January's African Nations Cup.
