SAN SEBASTIAN, September 24 (Primera Liga) - Real Sociedad's torrid start to the season shows no signs of improving after a 94th-minute goal from Florent Sinama-Pongolle condemned them to defeat at the hands of newly-promoted Recreative Huelva.

Sociedad had rallied from 2-0 down to level the game in the 76th minute, but substitute Sinama-Pongolle's drilled left-footed shot means they have only one point from their opening four games.

Goals either side of half-time from Antonio Sanchez de la Calle had Recreativo ahead until Uranga Gari scored for Sociedad in the 64th minute and Alvaro Novo converted a penalty 12 minutes later.

Recreativo have made an impressive start to life in the Primera Liga this season, and they were quickly into gear in this one with Gonzalez Santi Cazorla testing Asier Riesgo from 20 yards before Antonio Calle forced a parried save from the Sociedad stopper moments later.

But with chances hard to come by at both ends, they had to wait until the 36th minute for their next chance, created when Mikel Labaka brought down Laurentiu Rosu to concede a free-kick 25 yards out in the left channel.

But Emilio Viqueira failed to make the most of it as he sent his shot sailing over the crossbar.

Moments later, they took the lead regardless when Cazorla played in Calle who finished with a low finish from 12 yards.

Sociedad sought a quick response, winning a corner two minutes later. The ball came to Gutierrez Diego Rivas just outside the area, but his right-footed shot was wide of the target.

Things got worse for the hosts seven minutes after the interval when Calle doubled his tally.

Rosu was the creator this time, his pass from the left-side of the area finding Calle six yards out and the striker finished with a shot into the centre of the goal.

Sociedad were simply not creating any chances, but as soon as they did, they scored with their first real attack of the second half.

Javier Garrido crossed from the right wing and Gari was on hand to head in from the centre of the area.

They were then gifted the chance for an equaliser when Cesar Arzo brought down Darko Kovacevic inside the area to give Novo the chance from the spot.

His placed shot found the bottom right-hand corner of the goal to level the game.

Calle's hopes of hitting a hat-trick were ended when he was replaced by Sinama-Pongolle, but it would prove to be a great decision from coach Marcelino Garcia Toral as the Frenchman - back from an ankle injury to make the squad - popped up with the winner late in injury time.
