Bordeaux have not received any offers for reported Arsenal target Marouane Chamakh, coach Laurent Blanc has confirmed.

The striker, who has made it clear he wants to leave Les Girondins this summer, is believed to be interesting a number of teams in the Premier League.

The Gunners and Sunderland are two of the clubs to have been linked with the Morocco international.

But Blanc, speaking after Bordeaux's 1-0 friendly defeat to Toulouse during which Chamakh played 45 minutes, said: ''I am reading a lot of things which are surprising me.

''What I can say is that, at this moment, no offer has come to Bordeaux.

''I hope his case will be sorted out before our departure for Montreal (on July 23, when Bordeaux travel to take part in the Trophee des Champions against Guingamp).''

There is speculation Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has lined up Chamakh as a replacement for Emmanuel Adebayor, who is in talks with Manchester City.
