Udinese have given Juventus a deadline of July 6 to buy midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino.
Negotiations between the clubs have failed to broker a deal with Udinese insisting Juve have yet to meet their valuation of the Italy international.
"At this time, the conditions are not there to sell him," Udinese owner Giampaolo Pozzo said. "The negotiations have ended and if they wish to re-start negotiations, we would need to conclude them by July 6, before we begin pre-season training."
D'Agostino has also been linked with a move to Liverpool and AC Milan but the player recently admitted he would fancy a move to Juve.
However, that is unlikely to happen unless Juve step up their bid, according to Pozzo.
"In my opinion, Juve have undervalued the player, not thinking that he is a champion which he is," he said. "He is worth the transfer fee we are requesting."
Pozzo has not revealed the amount of money they are seeking for the 27-year-old.
