Lyon set to sign Odoo from Milan - reports

Lyon are closing in on the signing of AC Milan full-back Massimo Oddo, according to reports in France.

The Italy right-back flew to Lyon on Wednesday for a medical ahead of the signing of a contract with the French champions, according to www.lequipe.fr.

The 32-year-old, who has played 34 times for the Azzurri, has been linked with a move to Les Gones following the injury suffered by Francois Clerc on the opening weekend of the season.

France international Clerc suffered knee-ligament damage in Lyon's 3-0 win over Toulouse and will be out for around six months, leaving Anthony Reveillere as the club's only recognised right-back.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray have completed the signing of Milan Baros from Les Gones.

The Czech Republic striker has joined the Turkish champions for a fee believed to be in the region of 5.5million euros.

The 26-year-old, who has agreed a three-year contract with Galatasaray, will be ineligible for Wednesday's Champions League qualifying match against Steaua Bucharest.
