Seven associations - Norway, Denmark, Spain, Sweden,
Finland, Germany and France - went into the hat for two first
qualifying round places.
The draw was made at the City of Manchester stadium, the
venue for Wednesday's UEFA Cup final between Zenit St Petersburg
and Rangers.
England topped Europe's Fair Play rankings, with the
highest-placed team in the Premier League's own fair play chart
who had not secured European football next season taking a first
qualifying round place.
