MK Dons manager Paul Ince will be without Jemal Johnson when out-of-sorts Bristol Rovers visit stadium:mk.
The American picked up a calf injury in last weekend`s 3-1 defeat at Southampton and is set for several weeks on the sidelines.
Ince signed Martin Devaney on loan from Barnsley on Thursday and he could come straight in, though Aaron Wilbraham will hope to start after only being a substitute last weekend thanks to illness.
Aaron Doran is available for the final game of his loan spell from Blackburn while Luke Chadwick could be fit after a thigh strain.
Captain Dean Lewington will start for the final time before a two-match suspension begins, but defenders Jude Stirling (groin) and Sean O'Hanlon (knee) remain long-term absentees.
Danny Woodards is back in light training after an ankle injury but is not yet ready to return to action.
Defender Danny Coles will be missing for Rovers with a knee injury.
The former Hull man - who was beset by knee problems for the best part of last season - missed the midweek defeat to Leeds as a result of the injury and is to see a specialist to determine the extent of the damage.
His absence means that Steve Elliott is likely to continue in the back four, although Chris Lines (shin) could make a late claim to be involved.
Dominic Blizzard and Andy Williams - like Elliott - were given rare starts against Leeds, but the 4-0 loss to Simon Grayson's side could prompt Paul Trollope into making changes.
Striker Darryl Duffy is one that could profit from such a move, while winger Mark Wright will be desperate to face his former club.
The Pirates have lost their last four games, conceding 13 goals in the process.
