Charlton will be without Sam Sodje and have injury concerns over Frazer Richardson and Lloyd Sam ahead of the home game against Oldham.

Sodje, who made his first start of the season in last weekend's 0-0 draw at Leeds, is on international duty with Nigeria.

Miguel Angel Llera is the obvious replacement and is fit despite missing the midweek Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Barnet with a virus.

Right-back Richardson (hamstring) and winger Sam (groin) are struggling, with youngsters Chris Solly and Scott Wagstaff on standby.

Midfielder Jose Semedo could return from a pelvic problem and Leon McKenzie is pushing to be included in the squad after a groin injury.

Jonjo Shelvey and Deon Burton will start in attack after both were rested in midweek.

Oldham boss Dave Penney looks set to have Nick Blackman available for the trip to the promotion favourites.

The on-loan Blackburn striker has missed the past four games due to a foot injury but has been included in the squad.

Penney will check on midfielder Dean Furman and defender Kelvin Lomax after both players picked up knocks in last weekend's goalless draw at home to Yeovil and were substituted.

Rob Purdie, Joe Jacobsen, Deane Smalley and Lewis Alessandra remain unavailable.

Purdie and Jacobsen are suffering from pelvic problems wile Smalley has been out of action for over two months because of a damaged disc in his back.

Alessandra's foot will be in a cast for between six and eight weeks as he recovers from damaged ankle ligaments.
