Final farewells will be in abundance at Los Pajaritos as relegated Numancia complete their Primera Division campaign at home to Sevilla.

Not only will Numancia be waving goodbye to the top flight just 12 months after winning promotion as Segunda Division champions, but four of the club`s players could be on their way as they are out of contract, while on-loan trio Domingo Cisma (Almeria), Carlos Bellvis (Valencia) and Raul Bravo (Olympiacos) will return to their parent clubs this summer.

A number of other Numancia players could also be snapped by rival clubs following the team`s relegation, while Jose Rojo Martin `Pacheta` is taking charge of his final game as coach.

Numancia announced on Saturday that Gonzalo Arconada, the man who led them to the second division title before leaving to join Almeria last summer, will be in charge again next season.

Pacheta, the club`s sporting director, had been put in charge of Numancia until the end of the current campaign after Arconada`s replacement Sergio Kresic was fired in February, but he was unable to save the team from the drop.

Pacheta concedes the mood in the camp has not been great since they were consigned to relegation by last weekend`s 1-0 defeat at Getafe, but the outgoing boss is confident they will put on a fitting show against Sevilla.

"I think that we`ve already lifted ourselves after some very tough days,'' he said.

"The squad want to say goodbye to the fans and the Primera Division with a victory on Sunday.

"The team will not surrender and will try to beat Sevilla in a game which will not be treated as a formality.''

Captain Cesar Palacios said: "Our dream is over and we're all sad, but we'll try our hardest to sign off with a win on Sunday.''

Palacios will not be able to help his side on Sunday though as he is suspended, along with Gorka Brit. Juanra and Javier del Pino are also out through injury, and they could be joined by Asier Goiria.

Like Numancia, Sevilla have little to play for but personal pride as they are already guaranteed to finish in third spot no matter what happens in the final round of fixtures.

Sevilla coach Manolo Jimenez will be without a number of his senior stars for various reasons, but he is still demanding a good performance from the side he sends out.

"What remains now is to end the season with respect because in Soria they will have a Primera Division team who will want to say goodbye in the right way,'' said Jimenez, who was this week awarded a one-year contract extension after getting Sevilla back into the Champions League.

"And we have to show ourselves to be a team that next year want to do something very important, even though there will be many changes to the side.

"There`s no tension about the points at stake, there is no anxiety because there is not going to be any changes in the table, but you still have to be professional and have respect for your opponents.''

Star strikers Frederic Kanoute and Luis Fabiano miss out due to international commitments with Mali and Brazil, respectively, while Fernando Navarro, Adriano and Aldo Duscher are also absent.
