Brechin boss Jim Duffy faces an injury crisis of sorts ahead of their clash with Stranraer.Neil Janczyk (knee) will miss the rest of the season but John Ward (sickness) could recover although Barry Smith (ankle) may not make it.
Kevin Byers and Ross Harvey have been sidelined with medial ligament damage and Duffy said: "Kevin is getting there but I don't know how soon. Ross is the same.
"They are improving but whether or not they will improve quick enough to take part again this season we're not quite sure.''
He added: "We've got an injury list that as a part-time club find hard to deal with.''
Utility player Kevin Nicoll begins a two-match suspension for Stranraer.
Boss Keith Knox was due to sit down with his players on Wednesday and let them know if they had a future at the club after a season which has seen them win just three times from 34 league games.
That could affect his team selection for the last two fixtures, with their relegation fate already decided.
Knox said: "We have been looking ahead to next season for some time and that's really what's it's all about for us.
"There are guys here who won't be here next year and hopefully new faces will appear.''
