Inspirational Yeovil midfielder Darren Way has been ruled out of their League One clash against Tranmere.
Way - who missed Tuesday's 5-0 FA Cup knockout at Stockport through illness - returned to training yesterday but suffered a groin injury.
Yeovil are already without injured midfielder Marc Bircham (ankle) and have two players missing the match through suspension.
Central defender Aaron Brown - back in the side at Stockport - is ruled out after being red carded.
Versatile Lee Peltier is also ruled out after collecting his fifth caution of the season in last Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Peterborough.
Tranmere could hand a debut to on-loan Doncaster midfielder Mark Wilson with three players missing through suspension.
The former Manchester United trainee has joined Rovers on a one-month loan and could go straight into the starting line-up.
On-loan Stoke defender Ryan Shotton and captain Antony Kay serve one-match bans, while Steve Jennings starts a two-match suspension and fellow midfielder George O'Callaghan remains absent through illness.
Jamaica international centre-back Ian Goodison played 90 minutes for his country in their midweek 3-0 World Cup qualifier win against Canada in Kingston.
However, he may not return in time for the weekend as his girlfriend is due to give birth to their child any day.
Moore is hoping that left-back Andrew Taylor will be passed fit after missing the Southend game with a flu bug.
