2007 Power Rankings: Week 4
Rank (Last Wk) Team Record (W-L-T) Comment
1 (1) New York Red Bulls 3-0-0 Claudio Reyna is playing a different game out there, and making it look easy.
2 (2) Chicago 3-0-0 They haven't gotten the ink that the Red Bulls have, but the Fire are on a roll.
3 (8) Kansas City 3-1-0 Eddie Johnson can score against really bad teams, didn't we already know this from his U.S. national team career?
4 (5) New England 2-1-0 Taylor Twellman continues his razor sharp start to the season.
5 (4) FC Dallas 2-3-0 The Hoops' inexperience is beginning to show -- two ugly home losses will test Steve Morrow's patience with his young club.
6 (11) Los Angeles 1-1-0 The Galaxy maintain their mastery over the Goats with plenty of help from Joe Cannon and Landon Donovan.
7 (6) Chivas USA 2-2-0 Amado Guevara comes off after 56 minutes? Trouble in Chivas-land?
8 (9) Columbus 1-0-0 Among the unbeatens, the least expected. Who will Guillermo Barros Schelotto replace in the lineup?
9 (3) Houston 1-2-0 Dwayne De Rosario shears his signature dreadlocks -- but still can't generate enough attacking punch.
10 (7) Colorado 1-1-0 Think Pablo Mastroeni and Dave Checketts will kiss and make up before this one? Nah.
11 (10) DC United 0-3-0 Another head-scratching loss for a team that is struggling to regain the form it showed in the Champions Cup.
12 (12) Real Salt Lake 0-1-0 At this point, Freddy Adu is probably looking forward to leaving this summer for the U-20 World Cup.
13 (13) Toronto FC 0-4-0 They can't score in the U.S. or Canada, can a trip to Mexico be next?
