Hoyte was captain of the U-18 team in 2006/07 and is the brother of current Arsenal first-team member Justin.

The defender can play at full-back, but plays well at centre-back as well and impressed enough to be called up to the bench for the FA Cup Fifth Round replay at Blackburn Rovers in 2007.

Having been at the club since age 9, the youngster is keen to emulate his brother and break into the first-team squad.

While he made 12 starts for the Arsenal second string last term, he was also one of the stars of the run to the FA Youth Cup Semi-Finals and has been tipped for future success at the club.
