Carl Ikeme Bio
Send To Friend
Wolves Academy youngster Ikeme earned his first call-up into the squad at the end of October 2003.
He had been named 'best goalkeeper' during an Under-18 tournament in France earlier in the year.
His first game came during a loan spell with Conference side Accrington Stanley where he played four times.
Ikeme made his Wolves debut in August 2005 as the side beat Chester City 5-1 in the League Cup, but he has seldom featured since. He has also spent time on loan at Stockport County.
At the start of the 2009-10 season, Ikeme had just 16 Wolves appearances under his belt.
The player was loaned to Charlton in October 2009, Sheffield United in November and Queens Park Rangers in January 2010.
