Fulham signed Finnish defender Toni Kallio on a permanent two-year deal in July 2008 after originally arriving at Craven Cottage on-loan in January.
Known in Finland as 'The Bonecrusher' for his uncompromising style of play, Kallio signed from Swiss side BSC Young Boys and previously played under Fulham boss Roy Hodgson during the latter's time as Finland's coach.
A versatile defender, Kallio, who can play in central defence and at left-back, previously played for HJK Helsinki and Molde FK and has over 35 international caps for the Finnish national team.
He began his career as a winger with Molde, but was later developed into a defender.
