Borussia Dortmund striker Dimitar Rangelov has joined Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Israeli side have announced.

The Bulgaria forward will join on loan until the end of the season, when Tel Aviv will have the option to complete a permanent deal.

Rangelov joined Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2009 but scored just once in 11 league appearances.
