Mauro Obolo's 39th-minute goal took Arsenal Sarandi to the top of the early Argentina Apertura standings as they beat Argentinos Juniors 1-0.

Sarandi have won four of their first five games and are a point above San Lorenzo, who were 2-1 winners against Boca Juniors at La Bombonera.

Sebastian Balsas (51) and Juan Carlos Menseguez (87) put San Lorenzo in control before Martin Palermo pulled one back in the last minute for Boca.

In Saturday's other games, Newell's Old Boys drew 1-1 at home to Independiente and All Boys beat Olimpo 1-0.
