Mario Balotelli's agent has played down media reports suggesting the Inter Milan striker is set to sign a new deal.

The Italian press claims the Serie A leaders are looking to offer 19-year-old Balotelli, who has scored seven goals in 21 league appearances, an improved five-year deal.
Balotelli's brother and agent, Corrado Balotelli, told Corriere dello Sport: "Mario just has to focus on doing well on the pitch, as he has been doing so far, then we will see.
"His deal ends in 2013 and it's too premature to talk about this. In any case, the figures mentioned in the press are pure fantasy."
Inter president Massimo Moratti is also adamant that there is no truth in the rumours.
"No one has spoken about it as Mario already has his contract," he said. "I don't know where this story came from."
According to the reports, the new deal on offer from Inter would see Balotelli's wages more than double.
