Drogba says Ancelotti is "one of the family" at Chelsea
Chelsea underlined their title ambitions by brushing aside Arsenal 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Drogba netted his tenth and 11th goals of the season in the victory - which was Chelsea's seventh in a row - to move Carlo Ancelotti's side five points clear at the top of the table.
The emphatic nature of the victory highlights the strength of the Blues' title credentials, while for Arsenal it was an embarassing result that raises questions about their ability to maintain a challenge, especially with key striker Robin Van Persie out for a significant period.
It would seem United will be Chelsea's main challengers again, but Drogba is determined Chelsea will keep the focus they have sometimes lacked in the past three seasons, as the busy festive period fast approaches.
"Yesterday's win just showed that we deserve to be top of the league and I hope we will still be there at the end of the season,'' the Ivory Coast striker told Press Association Sport.
"But the season is a long way from its finish. There's still a long way to go and Manchester United are only five points behind so we have to fight until the end and we are going to fight all the way to the end of the season.''
