ESPN Soccernet revealed on Friday that a deal to bring Aguero to Stamford Bridge is being discussed and that Chelsea could be ready to sanction a package worth a total of £100 million in order to sign the striker.
Chelsea attempted to recruit Aguero in the summer and the striker underlined his star quality when scoring two superb goals for Atleti against the Blues in the Champions League on November 3.
But the player is not looking to leave the Vicente Calderon, despite Atletico slumping to 18th place in the Primera Liga and being knocked out of the Champions League.
"I want to help Atletico get out of its current problems. I am committed to the team and I'm not moving in the winter, whatever people say," Aguero told Marca.
Aguero joined Atleti from Independiente in 2006 and last season scored 17 goals in 37 La Liga games. He has scored four in 11 games this season with his club struggling for form.
