Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole insists the Premiership champions will be given a massive boost if captain John Terry returns against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Terry is on the brink of returning to first-team action following a calf
injury which was related to recent back surgery.
The England captain has been out of action since Chelsea's 1-0 home win over
Newcastle on December 13.
Terry was included in coach Jose Mourinho's first-team line-up during training
today - sparking fresh speculation that he will return against the League One
club in the FA Cup fourth round tie at Stamford Bridge.
Cole declared: 'It will be good if he's involved. Everybody knows how much
we've missed him.
'He's a great leader and captain of the club. When he's in his presence is
felt by all the lads. We've missed him and we've conceded silly goals where if
he had been there, we would have dealt with it better.
'It's good to have him back and hopefully we can start our season from
here.'
