Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has revealed that the club are considering re-signing former players Daniel Parejo and Jose Callejon at the end of the season.

The pair are both Real academy graduates who failed to make the first-team grade, but have impressed since leaving the Bernabeu.

Parejo, 21, has emerged as one of the hottest prospects in the Primera Division since joining Getafe in 2009 and has been in sparkling form this season.

The midfielder, who was on loan in England with QPR in 2008, is joined on Real's radar by Espanyol's former Spain Under-21 winger Callejon.

The 24-year-old has excelled for Espanyol since arriving at Estadi Cornella-El Prat in 2008 and has scored six goals and contributed five assists this season.

Real inserted first option buy-back clauses in both players' contracts, with Parejo thought to be available for around €5 million, while Callejon would cost in the region of €8 million.

"(Daniel) Parejo and (Jose) Callejon are two possibilities we are contemplating in June," Real president Perez told radio station Cadena Ser.
