One of two Slovenes at Linz, striker Saso Udovic is the other, Milinovic was given his first start in the Euro qualifiers for the trip to Georgia, having previously made two substitute appearances.
The Linz duo then combined to provide Slovenia with an early 2-0 lead against France in the Stade de France, Milinovic registering his first international goal in the second minute.
(A shock was duly averted, however, with the world champions eventually triumphing 3-2).
