Two games, two wins - and we have hardly kicked a ball. Marc Overmars summed up the feelings of the Holland team as they prepare for the Group D decider with fellow favourites France.
The Arsenal winger knows there is much more to come from Holland - a team blessed with huge talent and, thus far, untouched by internal bickering.
Now is the time to fulfil that potential, with victory in Amsterdam the only way to retain the advantage of continuing to play in the Netherlands, possibly all the way to the Final.
Overmars, relishing the possibility of facing Highbury team-mates Thierry Henry, Emanuel Petit and Patrick Vieira - depending on selection - accepts that an improvement is needed against the country who knocked Holland out of Euro 96.
Overmars said: 'Beating Denmark set things up beautifully for France. It is very different from past years in that we've already qualified after two matches - normally we're trying to scrape through in the last match.
'What's different? That's a good question because, in all honesty, we haven't even played our best football yet. Staying in Holland is a good motivation for us to beat France because the support of our people is important to us.'
The French have been arguably the team of the tournament so far, with Henry outstanding. 'Thierry is doing great. I've seen both France games and he was brilliant,' said Overmars.
'Our defenders will have to be at their best. But, for Holland, Dennis Bergkamp has been playing well and is important to the team.'
France coach Roger Lemerre intends to rest a number of key players. In fact, only two of the recognised first XI - goalkeeper Fabien Barthez and defender Marcel Desailly - may start a match the French see as a rehearsal for the Final.
