German coach Erich Ribbeck is to keep faith with winger Sebastian Deisler for tonight's Group A clash with Portugal.

Germany need to win in Rotterdam to stand any chance of qualifying for the quarter-finals and Ribbeck believes that Deisler could hold the key.

The youngster was was one of the few bright spots for the Germans during their defeat by England in Charleroi on Saturday night.

Ribbeck said: 'He was one of our best players against England and hopefully he can play well against Portugal tonight.'
