Nilsson in hospital with concussion

Veteran Sweden defender Roland Nilsson spent the night in hospital after suffering concussion in Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Belgium and will miss Sweden's next Group B game against Turkey on Thursday.

Nilsson won his 112th cap on Saturday before going off at half-time. His experience is likely to be missed against Turkey in Eindhoven.
