Yugoslavia's preparations for Euro 2000 took a blow when they were embarassingly defeated 4-2 by a South China/Hong Kong Select XI in their final warm-up for the championship finals.
The Yugoslavs were 2-0 down after 26 minutes and despite goals from Mateja Kezman and Sinisa Mihajlovic could not get back into the game.
The defeat ended what has been a disappointing tour of the Far East, following two goalless draws against South Korea and an unconvincing 2-0 victory over China.
The game served as poor preparation for Yugoslavia's opening game with Slovenia on June 13.
