Updated Tuesday August 8, 2000, 9:51 PM GMT Match Preview: Norway v Yugoslavia Preview | Half-time Report | Match Report | Match Stats Manchester United defender Henning Berg is determined to stay for the duration of Euro 2000 even if he doesn't play another game. Berg will miss Norway's match against Yugoslavia on Sunday and the final group game with Slovenia after suffering a recurrence of a hamstring strain in the victory over Spain. Team doctor Lars Engebretsen has put the player on a course of new anti-inflammatory drugs imported from Sweden. Berg said: "The tests are better than I expected them to be and I am making progress. "There is a slim chance I could play in the quarter finals, but whatever happens I am not going to go home. "I am going to stay through the tournament just in case the coach needs me." Every Norwegian player will be involved in plotting the defeat of Yugoslavia. They have been shown the Yugoslavs' 3-3 draw with Slovenia and told to offer ideas on their strategy. "It is good for all the players to be involved because that is how we work best and we all enjoy that," said assistant coach Harald Aabrekk. "Our players worked so hard that they ran Spain into the ground. It was the key to our victory." Yugoslavia coach Vujadin Boskov is set to shake things up after the thrilling draw against Slovenia. "Norway are certainly a better team than Slovenia," he said. "They are great in the air, but I think we have technical advantage." Former Aston Villa striker Savo Milosevic may have to settle for a place on the bench again, even though he scored twice. Midfielder Vladimir Jugovic is expected to face Norway after recovering from a calf injury.
