A disappointment when on loan at West Ham a couple of seasons ago, Lama has since reestablished himself in the French squad and should be a decent enough back-up for Barthez.
As eccentric as keepers come, he is also an excellent shot-stopper, but his handling of crosses often leaves a lot to be desired.
Has helped Paris St Germain to second in the French league this season with a host of superb performances.
Played against Holland in Amsterdam. Was foxed by Frank De Boer's second equaliser.
