Hogh was snapped up by Chelsea from Fenerbahce for £333,000 in June 1999.
He has been mainly used as a fringe player by Gianluca Vialli, providing defensive cover in some of Chelsea's crucial Champions League games this season. However, injury has ruled him out of much of the campaign.
Should be an automatic choice for all three of Denmark's matches in the tournament.
