Profile:

At 19-years-old Rosicky is the new young hope of Czech football and has already been linked with a Ł14million move to German side Kaiserslautern.

Currently plays as a midfield play-maker for Sparta Prague and gained experience of European football in their Champions League campaign this season.

Made his international debut against Ireland in February after only his first season and now finds himself part of the Czech Euro 2000 squad.

With Patrick Berger suspended for the first two games of the tournament Rosicky gave a distinguished performance against the Dutch.

Played again instead of the suspended Patrick Berger. Was substituted in the second-half.
