Left-sided midfield playmaker who scored the extra-time winner for Slavia Prague in the Czech cup final against Slovan Liberec.
Won his first cap against Belgium in 1999 and came on as a substitute in two of the Czech Republic's Euro 2000 qualifiers.
Has excellent technical ability and a powerful shot but may find it difficult to break into the first team ahead of Paval Nedved, Patrik Berger and Karel Poborsky.
