A first-half double from Ross Mathieson helped bottom club Morton to their second win in four days with a 2-0 victory at Ross County.
Brian Kerr set up both Mathieson's goals, but some desperate defending contributed to the home side's downfall.
Morton went ahead in the 15th minute when Kerr beat a couple of County defenders and his cut-back was blasted high into the net by the Morton striker.
Karim Boukraa went close for County when his 25-yard shot cannoned off the foot of the post after 23 minutes.
But a bad mistake by Brian Irvine allowed Kerr to gather the ball and the winger's accurate cross was headed into the net by Mathieson.
County had chances after the break but Steven Ferguson, Alex Bone and Derek Holmes all missed good opportunities as Morton secured a deserved victory.
