Full-time: Clydebank 1 - 2 Queen of the South
Soccernet.com

Queen of the South stepped up their bid for promotion as they fought back to win 2-1 at Clydebank.

It was the Bankies who started brightly and were ahead after only three minutes when Eric Paton was tripped inside the penalty area. Paton himself scored from the spot-kick.

Queens dominated from then on, but it took them until the 75th minute to equalise through a low drive by Graham Connell.

Just three minutes later the Doonhamers took the lead when Steve Pickering was pulled down and John O'Neil scored easily from the spot.
