Full-time: Raith Rovers 0 - 4 Ross County
Soccernet.com

Alex Bone claimed two late goals as Ross County jumped above Raith in the table with an emphatic victory at Stark's Park.

On a day of torrential rain the visitors adapted better to the conditions and were well worth their three points.

After a poor opening half-hour, County took the lead on 34 minutes when Owen Coyle crossed for Darren Henderson to score from close range and from then on Raith never looked likely to take anything from the game.

Defender Ian Maxwell increased the lead on the hour mark with a fine finish after a sweeping move, before Bone came off the substitutes' bench with 24 minutes left.

Moments later he drilled a low-left foot shot into the far corner of the net from the edge of the box, and in the final minute completed the rout with a neat finish after brushing off two weak tackles in the box.

The result will give County confidence going into their Scottish Cup clash with Rangers, but Rovers remain in deep relegation trouble after the crushing defeat.
