Inverness Caley Thistle keeper Jim Calder pulled off a magnificent save three minutes from time to give his team a well-deserved share of the points against Falkirk.
The home side started the match strongly, but they were given an lesson in finishing when Andy Lawrie fired the Bairns into a surprise lead from Mark Roberts' free-kick on 13 minutes.
Immediately after Dennis Wyness missed a great opportunity to equalise when, with only Falkirk keeper Myles Hogarth beat, he fired wide from 12 yards.
Thistle again dominated at the start of the second half and Hogarth was forced into a superb save when he threw himself full length to block an 18-yard drive from Charlie Christie.
However, the Jags' efforts were rewarded when Wyness equalised from Ross Cokley's cross with just over 20 minutes remaining.
Falkirk mounted a late surge and Calder rescued a point for Thistle when he tipped an overhead-kick from Lawrie over the bar with time running out.
