Berwick Rangers raided Hampden Park for a real smash-and-grab as two late goals secured a 2-0 win to steal all three points for the visitors against Queen's Park.
The Spiders had looked the better side for the majority of the game and it was only thanks to the heroics of Berwick keeper Mark McLean that the visitors stayed level.
The shot-stopper was outstanding as he pulled off saves from Kevin Finlayson, Mark Gallagher and Ross Jackson either side of the interval.
And as the snow began to fall it was the home side who looked the more likely winners.
But with time running out it was Berwick who handed their hosts a stunning double blow when two minutes from time Barry Elliot netted from close range to break the deadlock.
And before Queens could react they were two down as Alex Neill rounded off an extraordinary finale with a last-minute strike.
