Inverness Caledonian Thistle staged a remarkable second-half revival to snatch a point from beleaguered Falkirk with a 2-2 draw at Brockville.
Dennis Wyness and Paul Sheerin scored the all-important goals which denied the Bairns the opportunity to end a desperate sequence of four matches without a win.
On the basis of a spirited first-half performance it seemed certain that the points would stay at Brockville.
Mark Roberts put the home side into the lead from the spot in the 11th minute and nine minutes later Andy Lawrie extended the home advantage.
The former East Fife defender netted from eight yards after the Caley defence had again failed to deal with an inswinging corner from David Nicholls.
Seemingly content to sit back on their lead, Falkirk allowed Caley the bulk of possession in the second half, and were duly punished.
After 66 minutes Caley gained a foothold in the match when Wyness scored from distance, then eight minutes from time the Highlanders completed their remarkable recovery when Sheerin netted from close range.
