Full-time: Hamilton Academical 4 - 0 East Stirling
Soccernet.com

Hamilton Academical hit four goals for the second time in three days to beat East Stirling 4-0 and move to the top of the Third Division.

The home side's hero was young hot-shot Michael Moore who struck twice in the first half to set Hamilton on their way.

Having netted a hat-trick against Elgin in the Accies' last outing, Moore was denied a second triple in succession when he was taken off injured after 73 minutes, handing over his penalty-taking duties to Stuart Callaghan.

Moore opened the scoring after 16 minutes when he latched on to a long through-ball from Paul Gaughan to drill the ball low into the net.

Seven minutes later he was at it again as he headed in a Robert Prytz free-kick.

Accies went three ahead 11 minutes after the restart when Mark Nelson headed in Callaghan's cross.

Then with three minutes to go David McFarlane was upended by keeper Butter, leaving Callaghan to slot home the spot-kick and wrap up the points.
