Full-time: Queen's Park 0 - 0 Arbroath
Soccernet.com

Queens Park joined Stranraer back at the top of the Second Division despite being held to a goalless draw by Arbroath.

And Queens almost snatched the three points 15 minutes from time with a low drive from Stuart Orr.

But the point will satisfy managerless Arbroath more who opened brightly until they lost injured striker Steve Mallon.

After 13 minutes Mallon almost opened the scoring but his header was turned round the post by keeper Alan Smith and then on 29 minutes the striker again had a chance but this time sent his header wide.

Mallon limped off after just 38 minutes and with him went much of the cutting edge of the Arbroath attack.
