Full-time: Berwick Rangers 0 - 4 Queen of the South
Soccernet.com

Queen of the South struck two goals in the final two minutes to humiliate Berwick 4-0.

The home side completely failed to cope with the quick tackling and accurate long ball tactics of the visitors.

Andy Aitken was sent off after 51 minutes but it made no difference to Queens who toyed with a disappointing Berwick.

Ex-Rangers striker Warren Hawke opened the floodgates in 33 minutes with a glancing header from a corner.

Three minutes later Steve Preen headed a second after a powerful run down the left by Sandy Hodge.

Colin McDonald headed against the bar in a rare Berwick attack but Queens rubbed their noses in it at the finish as Rangers collapsed.

Substitute Peter Weatherson hit the third from 12 yards and Dean Meir rounded it off by running 60 yards to slip the ball past Mark McLean.
