Soccernet.com

League leaders Queen's Park improved their position at the top with a fourth successive 1-0 victory.

The visitors deserved their win over Stirling after a sound performance although there were few chances in the match.

Frankie Carroll scored the only goal after 30 minutes.

The impressive Kevin Finlayson crossed from the left and Mark Gallagher nodded the ball down for Carroll to hook his shot into the corner.

Albion might have equalised in the second half, but Craig Feroz headed wide and Jim Gardner was denied by keeper Colin Stewart.

Albion had Graeme Love was sent off in the 86th minute, but by then the points had already slipped through their grasp.
