SOFIA, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Bulgarian premier league clubs Cherno More Varna and Lokomotiv Plovdiv have been ordered to replay after the referee failed to give a penalty having sent a player off for a goalmouth foul, a senior soccer official said on Wednesday.
The referee did not award a penalty to Cherno More after
sending off Lokomotiv's Ivan Paskov for an off-the-ball foul on
a Cherno More player in the penalty area.
'The sports and technical commission of the Bulgarian
Football Union annulled the result of the match at its meeting
last night,' a union spokesman said.
The match, which ended 1-1 on February 9, will be replayed
on March 13 in Varna.
Lokomotiv Plovdiv are fifth and Cherno More are 13th in the
14-team premier league.
