Taylor backs Wise ruling

Players' chief Gordon Taylor believes the Football League has come to the right decision in ordering Leicester to reinstate midfielder Dennis Wise.

The League's Football Disciplinary Commission ruled Wise should be fined a maximum of two weeks' wages for an alleged incident on tour with the club.

Taylor said: 'It was a fact that Leicester were trying to get the wage bill down and get rid of players.'
