The Tottenham defender, who becomes a free agent on that day, will issue a statement after he has informed the interested clubs.

Barcelona have been making late attempts to seal the England star's signing by agreeing to let him return to London twice a week from his Spanish base and to pay for some of the flights.

Arsenal have increased their pay offer to Campbell but they and Inter Milan believe Campbell favours a move to Spain.

The Arsenal offer is thought to be £12.5 million over five years, plus £3.6m a year in signing-on fees and bonuses. But the package is far short of what is already on the table from Inter and Barcelona, who are offering a five-year deal worth £200,000 a week.

Campbell's agent Sky Andrew is adamant that his player will not make the outcome of the negotiations public until this weekend.
