I won't be an Arsenal stand-in, says Dudek
By Ian Ladyman

Feyenoord's Jerzy Dudek has insisted he would go to Arsenal only if he was the first-choice goalkeeper.

The Poland star is Arsene Wenger's preferred long-term replacement for David Seaman and the clubs have been trying to agree a price around £7million.

Dudek said: 'I don't want to go to be a reserve. I have told them of my concerns. It would be too much to risk my international career.'

Seaman recently signed a new one-year deal at Highbury.
