Dale wait on Edwards for Seagulls visit
Rochdale will give a fitness test to goalkeeper Neil Edwards ahead of their clash with promotion-chasing Brighton at Spotland.
The Welshman has been struggling with an ankle injury suffered in the 1-1 draw with Cheltenham but boss Steve Parkin is hopeful that he will make it.
Parkin said: "He had a real bad knock on his ankle and he has been recovering over the last 10 days but there is a chance he'll play.
"We've more or less got everyone fit and we'll be concentrating on getting a win against a very good Brighton side."
Brighton's star striker Bobby Zamora is out after suffering ankle and wrist injuries in the 2-0 win against Mansfield on Saturday.
The 25-goal marksman will see a specialist to determine the full extent of the problem but has already been ruled out of the trip to Spotland.
Albion need 13 points from their last nine matches to be certain of automatic promotion, but assistant boss Bob Booker said: "There's a bit of work to be done yet."
