E*Banners are user initiated interactive banners that can expand
to any size, from any size. E*Banner can triple the size of a 468
x 60 banner, or start with a tiny button that expands to fill the
whole page. Anything - from a multimedia presentation to an e-commerce
transaction can happen in that expanded space. They can be found

SPECIFICATION:
• Audio
must be 1 click away.
•
Expand
function must be 1 click away.
•
Streaming
audio should not exceed 30 seconds in duration.
•
A
transcript or description of Audio content must be reviewed by WDIG
client services prior to posting.
•
Must
be compatible with both I.E. and Netscape or utilize specific browser
targeting premium.
•
Must
not exceed 12K upon initial download for 468X60 banners.
•
SHOULD
NOT be 4th party served with the banner being routed through 2 different
3rd party groups.
