*QPED, the limit is about 40K total, meaning with multipart-MIME,

TEXT is between 2K-8K, leaving 32K-38K for HTML. With Beacon3, the
file size has inverse correlation with the send rate. The bigger
the file size, the slower B3 will send. Right now, there is a size
restriction to about 10K, but Dev is working on getting this up
to par with QPED. Basically size should be as small as possible.
